Great Arizona Puppet Theater presents a long list of classic and locally inspired puppet shows throughout the year, such as “The Tale of Peter Rabbit” and “Hotel Saguaro”. The theater’s company also has over 50 shows in its permanent repertoire, including classic fairy tales, original stories and educational programs, which it presents during tours and to private audiences.
The Phoenix Guild of Puppetry heads the theater and works to advance and promote the art of puppetry, celebrate the great state of Arizona through the art of puppetry, educate children and their families, and make a positive impact on the cultural climate of the state.
